Recruitment Trainee

Quota: 1 session / meeting

Duties

  • Hosts recruitment sessions.
  • Scouts out potential staff.
  • Refers players to application.
  • Observes interviews by other Recruitment staff.
  • May take sits if no administration is on duty.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Of age 15+

Recruitment Member

Quota: 1 session / meeting

Duties

  • Hosts recruitment sessions.
  • Scouts out potential staff.
  • Refers players to application.
  • Interviews staff applicants.
  • May take sits if no administration is on duty.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in interviewing
  • Knowledge of staff requirements
  • Has hosted at least 10 recruitment sessions
  • Good communication skills
  • Of age 15+

Recruitment Leader

Quota: 1 session / meeting

Duties

  • Host recruitment sessions.
  • Scouts out potential staff.
  • Refers players to application.
  • Interviews staff applicants
  • Rejects staff applications.
  • May take sits if no administration is on duty.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in interviewing
  • Knowledge of staff requirements
  • Understanding of community values
  • Has hosted at least 25 recruitment sessions
  • Displays leadership skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Of age 15+

Recruitment Enlister

Quota: 1 session / meeting

Duties

  • Host recruitment sessions.
  • Scouts out potential staff.
  • Refers players to application.
  • Interviews staff applicants
  • Rejects staff applications.
  • Monitors server quotas for Recruitment Department.
  • May take sits if no administration is on duty.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in interviewing
  • Knowledge of staff requirements
  • Knowledge of other departments
  • Understanding of community values
  • Has hosted at least 50 recruitment sessions
  • Displays leadership skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Of age 16+
